The La Roche Trust is represented by Inus Kempen, who graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1980, having obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons).
Over the past 20 years, he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of property development and has enjoyed exceptional success with various residential projects in the surrounding Somerset West and Stellenbosch area.
These include Vergezicht Estate and Olijvenhof in Somerset West, la Cleménce (a R250 million retirement village) and the very popular Aan de Weber situated in Jamestown, Stellenbosch. Dempsey, the very exclusive student apartment complex in the heart of Campus was recently completed.
Verna Kempen acts as the consultant. She graduated from the UOFS with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 and a higher education diploma in 1979. In 2006, she left the teaching profession to join the project team responsible for the hugely successful la Clémence retirement village and Aan de Weber developments. She now manages media and client liaison, as well as the marketing of Aan de Weber and La Roche. Below are various completed residential projects.
